Yes, all Oral-B electric toothbrushes are waterproof, so it's absolutely fine to use them in the shower. However, we would like to advise you not to immerse your toothbrush in water. Just make sure that you dry the handpiece thoroughly afterwards - especially if you want to put it on the charging station afterwards.

Yes, children can use electric toothbrushes once they reach the age of 3. For young kids, we recommend using a toothbrush specifically designed for children. These toothbrushes have brush heads that are smaller than our standard brush heads - so they fit better in smaller mouths. The Oral-B warranty begins on the day of purchase and is valid for 2 years for all Oral-B Electric Toothbrushes. If your Oral-B product is defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches or damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accident, misuse, dirt or water
• The product is tampered with
• Improper use
• Repairs carried out by persons not authorized by Oral-B/Braun
• Failure to properly care for the product, including charging
• The product is modified or used for commercial purposes
