Why can I not find the Oral B model 3757 when I want to register my electric toothbrush?

The number 3757 is the type number of the Oral B charger which is included in different brushes.

The type number has a 4 digit number and can be found at the bottom of the electric toothbrush handle and helps to identify the brush handle.
