To create an account, simply visit our Sign Up page and follow the instructions. Creating an account makes it easier to manage your orders, view your order history and manage your saved payment details.
Don’t worry! On the login page, select “Forgotten your password?” and enter the email address associated with your account. We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
Sign in to your account and go to Account Settings to view and update your personal information.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications, sign in to your Oral-B account and go to Edit Profile. Untick the “Keep in touch with us!” box to unsubscribe.
You can choose to subscribe again at any time by updating your preferences.
If you’d like to cancel a subscription, log in to your account and go to the “Oral-B+ Shopping Account” section. Then select “Subscriptions”, where you can view and cancel any active subscriptions.
